Refund policy

"Refund and Exchange Policy:

At Olfactory Oasis, we strive to provide high-quality decants of luxury perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and exchange policy in place.

Leaked Bottle Policy:

- If your decant arrives with a leaked bottle, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
- We will provide an exchange for the same fragrance or a refund of the original purchase price.
- Please note that we cannot compensate for any additional costs, such as shipping or handling.

Exceptions:

- We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
    - Change of mind or fragrance preferences
    - Decants that have been opened or used
    - Decants that are damaged due to mishandling by the customer
   

Shipping Errors:

- If we made an error with your shipping, such as sending the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will provide an exchange for the correct fragrance or a refund of the original purchase price.
